By making a purchase, the customer accepts these conditions.
A purchase is not final until it is accepted by Otero Scale Model.
Otero Scale Model reserves the right to admit or cancel any order, being able to refund the amount paid by the customer, being exempt from any other obligation.
Method of payment
The products will be paid in advance by credit card, PayPal, bank transfer or deposit in bank account.
The deposit or transfer will be made to the account: BBVA ES12 0182 5229 0802 0158 2224 in the name of Jaime Zayas Rodríguez.
Payments by credit or debit card are made securely through the REDSYS payment gateway with all the encryption and security systems for data transfer through the SSL protocol, so the buyer will enjoy the protection of these channels at all times.
Otero Scale Model will not proceed with the shipment of any product until it has been verified that the payment has been made.
Delivery shall be deemed to have been made as soon as the carrier has made the goods available to the customer and the customer has signed the delivery receipt document. It is the customer's responsibility to verify the products upon receipt and to set out all the qualifications and claims that may be justified in the delivery receipt document.
Domestic shipments will be made by NACEX courier. With the exception of P.O. boxes, Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, which will be sent through Correos, with a tracking number. The days of shipment through Correos will be on Fridays of each week.
International shipments will be made through Correos, with a tracking number. The days of shipment through Correos will be on Fridays of each week.
Shipping costs will be free from 180€for orders of less value the shipping costs will be 7.95€ for national shipments to the mainland, Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
Shipping costs for countries of the European Union are 18€ and for the rest of the countries 30€ .
Orders sent via NACEX courier take about 24 hours to be delivered.
Orders sent by Correos take to:
- Spanish territory: between 4 and 7 days.
- Europe: between 7 and 15 days.
- All other countries: between 15 and 30 days.
On our website, only products that are in stock are offered for sale. If, due to an error in stock, a product is out of stock, Otero Scale Model will contact the customer to cancel the order and proceed to refund the amount immediately by means of a transfer or by cancelling the charge on the card.
Private customers, in accordance with the right of dissent contemplated in article 18 of Royal Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, will have a period of 7 working days from receipt of the order to notify their desire to withdraw one or more products from their order.
To exercise this right, the customer must communicate by e-mail the item or items they wish to return and follow the instructions received from our customer service.
All goods must be returned in perfect condition, without having been handled by the customer, in their original packaging and protected so that they are not received with transport marks.
Returns must be made within 7 days from from the date of receipt of the goods, otherwise it will be refused and returned. The shipping costs incurred by the return will be borne by the customer.
Once the perfect condition of the goods has been checked, the amount will be paid within a maximum period of 30 days. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
Cancellation of Orders
Your order starts processing immediately after clicking on <<Place Order>> on the page. Once the order is <<Completed>> it can only be cancelled by email to firstname.lastname@example.org or by ohone at 984 012 179.
Once the order has been shipped, the cancellation will be processed as a return.
To cancel you need the order number and, in case of partial cancellation, the details of the items to be cancelled.
