All our handmade models, both 1/87 and 1/43 scale, are reproduced by hand in silicone molds with a high definition, but which have a very short life of approximately 25 copies. Afterwards we carry out a long and careful process of manual work to prepare and paint all the parts of the model. Finally, we proceed to the meticulous assembly to achieve the perfect finish of our models. Therefore, a series of 150 units, although it may seem very short, actually takes us an enormous amount of hours of work. As a result of this laborious process, if we were to make longer series, we would hardly be able to launch new models.
We recommend storing the models preserved from dust, as well as not having them subjected to a heat source such as direct sunlight or lamps that give off a lot of heat such as halogen lamps. These resin models are best placed in places where the temperature does not exceed 35ºC or 40ºC (95ºF or 104ºF).
All our kits contain the same parts but not painted as our assembled model. We also include a decal sheet to be able to customize it and a complete assembly manual where we detail and explain how we assemble the model, as well as tips and tricks.
At Otero Scale Model we are responsible for the quality of our products, as well as preserving them and making them reach the customer in perfect condition. In the event of damages beyond the customer's control, such as if it arrives damaged or broken by transport, we will take care of the return ourselves. Simply contact us by email or phone.

Shipments are made on Fridays of each week.
All shipments to the peninsula are made through the courier company NACEX, which allows us greater security that the product arrives at its destination on time and in perfect condition.
Shipments to the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla will be made through Correos as a registered letter. Once shipped we will give the tracking number by email or whatsapp.
Shipping costs for Spain (including the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla) are €7.95 for orders worth less than €180. From this amount, shipping costs become free. Postal shipments are made on Fridays of each week.
The payment methods available are by credit / debit card, bank transfer (once the order is placed you will automatically receive an email with our bank details) and by PayPal, with this option the final price of the order will be increased with a surcharge
